Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at New Good Deals Furniture. We are committed to delivering your furniture safely and securely to your home. This Shipping Policy details our delivery rates, processing times, and shipping methods for orders within the United States.

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

  • Please note: Large or custom furniture orders may require an additional 1 to 2 business days for secure palletization and packaging.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer transparent and competitive shipping rates to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders 

  • Transit Time: Transit Time is 3 to 5 business Days. (Total Estimate shipping time  4 to 7 business days) 

Delivery times are estimates and start from the shipping date, not the order date. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or severe weather.

3. Large Furniture & Freight Delivery (Curbside)

For oversized items (such as sofas, dining sets, and beds), we use specialized freight carriers to ensure safe transport.

  • Appointment Scheduling: Once the shipment arrives at your local delivery terminal, the carrier will contact you via phone or email to schedule a convenient delivery date and time window.

  • Curbside Delivery: Our standard freight shipping is Curbside Delivery. The driver will unload the item at the curb or edge of your driveway. You are responsible for bringing the furniture inside your home and assembling it. Please ensure you have assistance available on delivery day.

4. Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order is handed over to the carrier, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can track your order's progress in real-time.

5. Damages Sustained During Transit

Your furniture is fully insured during transit. However, you must inspect the packaging upon delivery.

  • If you notice any visible damage to the box or packaging, please write "Damaged upon arrival" on the delivery receipt before signing it.

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and the product immediately.

  • Contact our support team at help@newgooddealsfurniture.shop within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement at no extra charge.
